Unlimited Blade Works uses a high-resolution CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) 3D carving machine to take 2D images or 3D models and carve them out in the real world.  From there, the replica is hand smoothed, a mold is made, and a limited run of copies are cast out of quality urethane plastic, the same material used for making props on TV shows and movies.

These are not official replicas, merely fan-created works.
