Unlimited Blade Works can assist in creating custom, unique props for your personal use. Our high-resolution CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) 3D carving machine can take 2D images or 3D models and carve them out in the real world. From there, your prop is hand smoothed, a mold is made, and your copy / copies are cast out of quality urethane plastic, the same material used for making props on TV shows and movies.
If desired, we will destroy the mold after your copies have arrived safely, to ensure that your prop is unique.
